Holly is a Catholic speaker, leadership trainer, and the Director of Leadership Development and Talent Acquisition for the Talerico Group. Previously, she served for several years in various leadership roles for the Diocese of Pittsburgh. She is a Gallup-certified Strengths coach, certified DISC behavior specialist, and has a MS in Organizational Leadership from Robert Morris University.
