Debbie Tatum is currently Director of Development at Franciscan Health Foundation. When serving as Director of Stewardship and Leadership Formation in the Diocese of Gary, IN, Debbie was a consultant at the synod convened by Bishop Hying. She worked closely with parishes, identifying their needs and visions in a process for creating vibrant parish communities.
