Planting the SEED™ of Engagement
How does engagement work, and what is the goal? In our first webinar installment, we’ll explore the difference between engagement and discipleship, and examine how engagement is a necessary step in bringing a person to Jesus Christ. We’ll also look at both good and bad engagement techniques and discuss the expected fruits from having an engaged parish.
Special Guest: Dr. Dan Ebener
Dr. Dan Ebener has been practicing leadership and developing leaders for churches, businesses, and community organizations since 1976. He currently teaches leadership for the Master of Organizational Leadership (MOL) program at St. Ambrose University in Davenport, Iowa, and is the author of four books on leadership, including “Pastoral Leadership: Best Practices for Church Leaders.”
